Team coaching workshops using Lumina Spark psychometrics have been launched!

Our workshops are an individual and team journey to self and collective awareness on how behaviours can betray intentions and fail the achievement of effective results. 

By the end of the programme (normally between 3 to 4 workshops) the team discovers new perspectives and ways of developing new behaviours and language which will serve them better in collaborating, having constructive tough conversations and achieve more effective results. 

We do not leave you alone after we run the workshop, we will follow-up with you periodically on how you implement in your daily activities the tools you discovered while working together, and we support you transform your team and achieve your team goals.
