Elevate Impact Programme
Elevate Impact Programme, combines business advisory and coaching services, focusing on helping teams and organisations to move from where they are to where they want to be, by taking an inside out approach to transformation and putting the employee at the central of the change process. The programme was created based on the believe that the employees’ inner drive, behaviours and results impact on the organisations desired outcomes., and that the organisation’s culture, processes and technologies will drive employees behaviours and results, creating a constant circle of impact.
This programme is for organisations and teams who want to transform their results, relevant for those who are undertaking a transformation and need to challenge the status quo, awaken behaviours’ impact awareness, and find new perspectives to create an inclusive environment where diversity leads to more creative ways of achieving results.

- The programme enables individuals to better understand their preferred behaviours in everyday interactions and under pressure, raising awareness of self-stories (language they use) and the impact of behaviours on achieved results. The raised awareness will allow participants to choose to challenge their behaviours and to transform their results.
- Building up from the individuals’ awareness of behaviours’ impact on results, we help teams connect better by understanding their diversity, how their behaviours changes under pressure and what they need so that they can reach a more resourceful state. This awareness enables the teams to choose to challenge the way they interact, transform their team culture (and possibly processes) to align everyone’s mission to the team’s mission and vision, so that they deliver more effective results and elevate their impact as a team.
- Finally, the teams’ results impact on the overall organisation results. The programme helps teams better understand and connect their role and mission with the wider organisation’s mission, vision and strategy.
