My mission as an internal auditor is to provide objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and help organisations achieve their objectives by improving the effectiveness of risks management, internal control, operations and governance processes.
Having spent all most two decades working as an IT internal auditor; in several countries like Italy, Ireland, France, the UK and the Netherland, in various industries (manufacturing, technology and retail) and in consultancy firms (Deloitte and Grant Thornton); allowed me to explore different organisational maturity control levels, cultures, leadership styles and understand their impact on organisations’ journey to success.
This determined me to embark on a journey of challenging and changing the way organisations are looking to achieve effective results, by bringing in a more holistic approach which connects people, processes and technology to the vision, mission, strategy and culture of the organisation.

Set-up an internal audit department and deployed an internal control culture in France a global recognised organisation which culture was based on trust.
Led the transformation of a service line in one of the big 10 accountancy firms: aligned the delivery methodology with global standards, upskilled the team, increased clients’ satisfaction and portfolio value.
